Refund policy

At Sandgroper Tackle, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll always meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law to provide a remedy. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind — so please choose carefully.

🔄 General Returns

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
  • All returns must be pre-authorised — please contact us before sending anything back.
  • If goods are found to be faulty or incorrect, Sandgroper Tackle will cover reasonable return-shipping costs.
  • Goods must be returned in appropriate packaging and in unused condition.
  • Returns requested after 30 days from purchase cannot be accepted unless the product is faulty.
  • Approved returns may be subject to a 20 % restocking fee.

🚚 Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Sandgroper Tackle cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

  • A redirection fee may be payable to correct the address (charged by the courier).
  • If redirection isn’t possible and the parcel is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for paying the re-shipping cost — flat-rate shipping does not apply; the actual carrier charge will be invoiced prior to re-dispatch.
  • If you choose to cancel instead of re-shipping, a 20 % restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are processed only once the returned parcel is received and checked by Sandgroper Tackle.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once dispatched, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
