When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from Sandgroper Tackle. Orders are accepted once payment is successfully processed. Please check your order carefully before checkout; amendments or cancellations may not be possible once accepted. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Products are sold for personal or recreational use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are packed and shipped directly by Sandgroper Tackle from Port Kennedy, Western Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier demand, or external factors. Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to you. Please ensure your shipping details are correct; orders lost due to incorrect information are not the responsibility of Sandgroper Tackle. If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us before dispatch (additional fees may apply).
SECTION 6 – LOCAL PICKUP (WA ONLY)
Local pickup is available in Warnbro, WA for Sandgroper Tackle products. Select Local Pickup at checkout and include a note with your preferred collection time. We’ll confirm when your order is ready. Orders must be collected within 30 days of being marked “ready.” Ready-made items not collected within that time may be refunded; made-to-order items may be cancelled and issued as store credit valid for 6 months. Please contact us if you’re unable to attend your arranged pickup time — no stress, just let us know.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Sandgroper Tackle and protected by Australian intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this site without prior written permission.
