Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sandgroper Tackle! Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy. Please take a moment to read through before placing your order.

Packing & Dispatch

All orders are packed and shipped directly from Port Kennedy, WA. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

If an item becomes temporarily unavailable, we’ll contact you promptly with an updated timeframe or an alternative option.

Estimated Delivery Times (once dispatched)

All parcels are sent via tracked standard delivery through Australia Post or Aramex, depending on your location and parcel size.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

All orders are fully tracked and shipped Australia-wide. We currently do not offer Express Post or international shipping.

🏡 Local Pickup (WA Only)

Local pickup is available from Port Kennedy, WA.

  • Select Local Pickup at checkout and include a note with your preferred collection time.
  • We’ll confirm your pickup details shortly after your order is placed.
  • Please collect your order within 30 days of it being marked as ready. If your order isn’t collected within that time, it may be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method.

⚠️ It’s not our responsibility to follow up repeatedly for uncollected orders. Please message us if you’re unable to make your arranged pickup time — no stress, just let us know!

Authority to Leave (ATL) & Signature on Delivery

  • Orders are generally sent with Authority to Leave (ATL). Couriers may leave your parcel in a safe location if no one is home.
  • If you’d prefer Signature on Delivery, please contact us prior to checkout — an additional fee may apply (where available).
  • PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are sent via Australia Post only.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Sandgroper Tackle cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to Sandgroper Tackle, re-shipping will be charged at the actual carrier rate (flat-rate shipping does not apply).
  • If you choose to cancel instead of re-shipping, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are processed only once the parcel has been returned to us by the carrier.
